Other Fees & Information
Overtime
Our regular hours are 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, but please stay as long as you need to! The 10 hour clock starts when the first person arrives. After 10 hours, $250/hour. After 12 hours, $500/hour.
Cleaning
$200, for all food and beverage productions.
Motion Lighting
$150/per day. Includes 1 distribution box.
Weekend Shooting Surcharge
$100/per day.
Weekend Storage
$550/per day.
Overflow/Green Room (275 sq ft)
$350 for 10 hours.
Billing
If you shoot more than 3 consecutive days in a row, the 4th and 5th day are billed at a 20% discount. We will need a credit card to confirm date and the invoice is due a minimum 5 business days before shoot. We won’t charge your card until the balance is due. We also accept payment through ACH, Zelle, or credit card. We charge a 3% processing fee for credit cards.
Cancellations
If you notify us after 48 business hours of the confirmation/booking, a 100% charge will apply on the entire invoice. If you inform us before 48 business hours, a 50% charge will apply. With that being said, if we can replace your booking with another booking on that day, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Props / Surfaces
We have plenty of seamless and surface options. There is a wonderful prop rental, Lemi Creative down the hallway that we love to use. Rates negotiated on a per-project basis. Please contact us for more information.
